When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive your parcels tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking link will first show an active status after its first scan, which happens within 48 hours from when you received the shipping confirmation email.
13x18 cm posters
Orders including only 13x18 cm posters are shipped by the local postal service and will be delivered in your mailbox.
Poster orders sized 21x30 cm till 70x100 cm and orders containing frames upp till size 50x70 cm
Orders including only posters sized 21x30 cm (A4) or over, as well as orders with frames up to the size of 50x70 cm are shipped by DHL. You can track your shipment all the way from us to your home. Click here and search with your track ID / package number in the shipment tracking field.
1. When your parcel reaches its first exchange point you will receive an email from DHL with a forecasted time frame for your delivery. If multiple delivery parcels were sent connected to a larger order, you will receive multiple emails from DHL. In the same email(s) you will also receive alternative delivery solutions.
2. If you would not be home for your delivery, the package will be delivered to a close by parcel shop. You will get a notification of which by email.
One or multiple frames of the size 70x100 cm
Orders which contain one or multiple frames of the size 70x100 cm will be shipped by UPS. You can track your shipment all the way from us to your home. Click here and search with your track ID / package number in the shipment tracking field.
1. The package will initially be delivered to your door where you have to sign to receive the parcel.
2. If the delivery attempt to your door fails, the package will be dropped off at the closest post office. You will get a drop card in your mailbox notifying you where your package is awaiting pick up.
3. You have 14 days to pick up the package, after that time the package will be returned to Poster Store. Please read information regarding direct return packages in our Terms and Conditions.
If you received a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way email our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with pictures of the product/packaging. We strive to have 100% happy customers and will make sure to help you quickly whilst correcting any errors.
For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of €35 to cover our packaging fee and costs of return shipping.
